HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINE
The deadline for ordering Customize It Rings for holiday delivery is Tuesday, December 3rd, as Customize It rings have a two-week production time. Due to my current order volume, I can make no exceptions to this cutoff date. All orders for Customize It Rings placed by December 3rd will be delivered on or before December 22nd. Orders for Customize It Rings placed after December 3rd will be worked on after the holiday for delivery in early January.
For all other made to order items, the deadline is December 10th for delivery by December 22nd.
All one-of-a-kind items and gift certificates can be purchased up through December 19th. Gift certificates purchased for email delivery can be purchased up through December 23rd.
The deadline for international orders was in November. At this time, international orders can only be shipped by Fed Ex for delivery by December 22nd. The cost for international Fed Ex Express is $50 and an option to purchase this shipping service is available during checkout.

HOLIDAY ORDERING RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased between November 1st and the holiday deadlines stated above may be returned or exchanged through December 31, 2013. All items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached.
Please note that, in the case of Customize It Rings and Outside Engraved Rings, rings sent back for resizings are not exchanges and there is a ring sizing fee for each band to be resized. These are not stock items and are custom made with your requests.
All returns/exchages require a return authorization number. Please contact me here with your order information, items and reason for return/exchange. I will email you a return authorization code to write on the outside of the package prior to mailing the item back to me. Any packages returned without an authorization code will be returned to sender.
MEASURING FOR YOUR RING SIZE
Please note that, due to the custom nature of the majority of the items that I create, it is very important that you know your ring size. If you do not know your ring size, you have the option to purchase a ring sizer here. In addition to purchasing a ring sizer prior to ordering, there is also the option to request a free ring sizer during checkout. If ordering a ring sizer at the same time as placing your order, the ring sizer will ship out on the same or next business day (at the latest) as your order comes through and arrive very quickly. Confirming your ring size will ensure that when you get your custom rings from me that they will fit. This will not delay the production of your rings and will save the trouble of having to send rings back for resizing, as well as saving on the resizing charges.
After ordering and upon receiving the ring sizer, please measure and confirm your ring size by email to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just reference your order number, name and let me know the size. Once this information is received, I will begin production of your order.
IMPORTANT MEASUREMENT CONSIDERATIONS:
- Ring sizes can change with seasonal temperature and weight fluctuations. Be sure to account for this when requesting size.
- Stack rings of more than 3 bands require measuring your finger for a wide band ring. Measure the widest area of your finger where the bands will be sitting.
There is a $15.00 per band charge for all adjustments in ring sizing. Customer is responsible for all postage and insurance. This is a minimal charge because, in the case of Customize It rings, the rings cannot be easily resized due to the band designs, stones and settings. In almost all cases, I actually recreate the rings from scratch.
Gold rings or gold bezel settings that require resizing may require additional metals as the bezel may need to be removed, recreated, or redesigned. If your ring falls into this category and may require additional metal work, please email me at email@example.com to discuss pricing prior to returning.

Customers that wish to have jewelry shipped to other countries need to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering for approval and shipping rate quote.
International shipping to Canada by Registered Mail: $23 (Please note that registered mail cannot be tracked along the way, but is insured up to full value of your purchase. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks.)
International shipping to Australia by Priority Mail: $23.00
APO/FPO Shipping w/Insurance $6.00
For US shipments, all items are shipped with tracking and insured. US shipments will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipments to Canada and Australia cannot be tracked unless you wish to purchase Express Mail International. Please contact me if you would like this option and to arrange payment. All custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Your information is never shared and I will not send out emails regarding sales, promotions, etc. unless you have signed up in advance for my newsletter.
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. An option to pay for your purchase with Paypal is also available during checkout. Credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology.

I guarantee my work and offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your items.
Refunds and exchanges will be given for new and unworn jewelry only. Please contact me for return mailing instructions for any item(s) you are sending back for a return or exchange. If the return is for any reason other than material defect, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect, all shipping costs will be refunded to you.

All of my items come gift-packaged and ready for gift-giving. Also included is a Gemstone and Jewelry Care card. I package all items in one gift box. If you need separate gift boxes for each item, please contact me and I will package them separately. I can also ship your purchase directly to the recipient. I am happy to also gift wrap packages and include a note for you. You can contact me with instructions and there is also a "note" section during checkout where you can leave me additional notes. Upon receiving your order, I will send you an email to confirm your special order requests.
