MEASURING FOR YOUR RING SIZE
Please note that, due to the custom nature of the majority of the items that I create, it is very important that you know your ring size. If you do not know your ring size, you have the option to purchase a ring sizer here. In addition to purchasing a ring sizer prior to ordering, there is also the option to request a free ring sizer during checkout. If ordering a ring sizer at the same time as placing your order, the ring sizer will ship out on the same or next business day (at the latest) as your order comes through.
After ordering and upon receiving the ring sizer, please measure and confirm your ring size by email to me at email@example.com. Just reference your order number, name and let me know the size. Once this information is received, I will begin production of your order.
All of the items on my website are handcrafted by me in my studio and made-to-order.
Customizable Rings - Please allow up to 2 weeks (3 during holiday times) for your rings to be created.
Engraved Bands - Up to 7 days
Handstamped Necklaces - 5-7 days
All other items on the site - 5-7 days

Customers that wish to have jewelry shipped to other countries need to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering for approval and shipping rate quote.
International shipping to Canada by USPS Registered Mail: $24.95 (7-14 day transit time)
International shipping to Australia by Priority Mail: $22.95 (7-10 day transit time)
For US shipments, all items are shipped with tracking and insured. US shipments will receive a tracking number by email.
Your information is never shared and I will not send out emails regarding sales, promotions, etc. unless you have signed up in advance for my newsletter.
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. An option to pay for your purchase with Paypal is also available during checkout. Credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology.
Customize It rings, personalized stamped jewelry and any engraved (inside or outside) ring bands are custom items and are non-returnable and non-exchangable. I do, however, guarantee my work to be free of defects. If you receive an order that has a material defect or an error, I will replace your item(s) and pay for all shipping costs.
For non-customizable jewelry, refunds and exchanges will be given for new and unworn jewelry only and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact me for return mailing instructions for any item(s) you are sending back for a return or exchange. If the return is for any reason other than material defect, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect, all shipping costs will be refunded to you.
All returns/exchanges require a return authorization number. Please contact me here with your order information, items and reason for return/exchange. I will email you a return authorization code to write on the outside of the package prior to mailing the item back to me. Any packages returned without an authorization code will be returned to sender. Please be sure to insure packages, as buyer is responsible for any lost/damages packages returned to me.

All of my items come gift-packaged and ready for gift-giving. Also included is a Gemstone and Jewelry Care card. I package all items in one gift box. If you need separate gift boxes for each item, please contact me and I will package them separately. I can also ship your purchase directly to the recipient. I am happy to also gift wrap packages and include a note for you. You can contact me with instructions and there is also a "note" section during checkout where you can leave me additional notes. Upon receiving your order, I will send you an email to confirm your special order requests.
