My current turnaround time for all items is 7-10 business days. Everything on my site is handcrafted by me in my studio. Due to my current high volume of orders, I am not able to take any "rush" orders.
Production time above does not include shipping time. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your package to arrive once it is shipped by Priority Mail.
All US orders are shipped via Priority Mail with Insurance for a flat rate of $4.00
Orders $500+ - Priority Mail w/Insurance and Signature Required $10.00
If you would like your order to ship by Fed Ex, UPS or overnight, please contact me for a shipping estimate.

Customers that wish to have jewelry shipped to countries other than those listed above please send a request to email@example.com prior to ordering for approval and shipping rate quote. There are some countries where jewelry shipments are prohibited.
*Shipping is by 1st Class International Package Services w/Insurance - $14.00
For US shipments, all items are shipped with tracking and are fully insured. US shipments will receive a tracking number by email. International packages can take up to 2-4 weeks in transit. Once shipped, I am not able to track international packages. If you would like international Fed Ex services, please contact me. Fed Ex can be tracked and delivery is usually made within 3 days of shipping.
MEASURING FOR YOUR RING SIZE
Please have your ring sized to TRUE RING SIZE from a local jeweler (not a Kohl's, Macy's, etc.) or request my free ring sizer in the notes during checkout. Please do not use the paper cutout method available online, don’t use the string method, don’t base your size on a ring purchased from a department store and don’t base your ring size on your wedding ring size.
My rings are "TRUE" sizes. I highly encourage you to request my free ring sizer when making your purchase. The option to request the free ring sizer is provided during checkout. Upon ordering, I will send you the ring sizer immediately. This will ensure that your new ring(s) will fit. It is free and an easy way to save money and headaches on having to resize a custom created ring.
RUSH ORDERS: Due to my current order volume, I am not able to take any orders on a rush basis.
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. An option to pay for your purchase with Paypal is also available during checkout. Credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology.
Your information is never shared and I will not send out emails regarding sales, promotions, etc. unless you have signed up in advance for my newsletter.
Customize It rings are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than material defect or error. Each order is custom made with your requested bands, stones and in your requested ring size and is not an item that I can put back into stock. Any personalized stamped jewelry and any engraved (inside or outside) ring bands are custom items and are non-exchangable/non-refundable except in the case of an error on my part or defect. If an error is made on your engraving, I will correct and replace the item at no cost and I must be notified within 2 business days of your receipt of merchandise. I guarantee my work to be free of defects.
All jewelry with set gemstones has a 60-day stone warranty. If you lose a stone for reasons other than neglect or abuse, I will replace that gemstone at no charge. After 60 days, and for reasons due to neglect, please contact me for pricing and repair information. If you receive an order that has a material defect or an error, I will replace your item(s) and pay for all shipping costs.
IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR ENGRAVED RINGS: All custom engraved or personalized items are non-refundable, except in the case of defect or error on my part. Please be sure to double check your engraving requests prior to submitting your order.
For non-customizable jewelry, refunds and exchanges will be given for new and unworn jewelry only and must be requested within 2 business days of receiving your item. PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL BE EXTENDED DURING THE 2014 HOLIDAY SEASON. ANY NON-CUSTOMIZABLE JEWELRY PURCHASED FROM NOVEMBER 1ST THROUGH THE HOLIDAY CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF I AM NOTIFIED BY DECEMBER 31, 2014 AND IF IN UNUSED AND UNWORN CONDITION. Please contact me for return mailing instructions for any item(s) you are sending back for a return or exchange. If the return is for any reason other than material defect, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or error on my part, shipping costs will be refunded to you.
All returns/exchanges require a return authorization number. Please contact me here with your order information, items and reason for return/exchange. I will email you a return authorization code to write on the outside of the package prior to mailing the item back to me. Any packages returned without an authorization code will be returned to sender. Please be sure to insure packages, as buyer is responsible for any lost/damages packages returned to me.

All of my items come gift-packaged and ready for gift-giving. Also included is a Gemstone and Jewelry Care card. I package all items in one gift box. If you need separate gift boxes for each item, please contact me and I will package them separately. I can also ship your purchase directly to the recipient. I am happy to also gift wrap packages and include a note for you. You can contact me with instructions and there is also a "note" section during checkout where you can leave me additional notes. Upon receiving your order, I will send you an email to confirm your special order requests.
