MEASURING FOR YOUR RING SIZE
Please get your ring sized to TRUE RING SIZE from a local jeweler (not a Kohl's, Macy's, etc.) or request my free ring sizer in the notes during checkout. Please do not use the paper cutout method available online, don’t use the string method, don’t base your size on a ring purchased from a department store and don’t base your ring size on your wedding ring size.
My rings are "TRUE" sizes. I highly encourage you to request my free ring sizer when making your purchase. The option to request the free ring sizer is in the drop-down box during checkout. Upon ordering, I will send you the ring sizer immediately. This will ensure that your new ring(s) will fit. It is free and an easy way to save money and headaches on having to resize a custom created ring. Please read on to understand why it's so important to request my ring sizer.
Jewelers who create rings use steel ring mandrels to accurately create each ring to size. In addition to the ring mandrel, they may have a set of ring sizers for their customers to use. These ring sizers will be calibrated to match their ring mandrels to ensure that the completed ring will fit the customer's request.
However, it is important to note that not all ring sizing tools are created equal. It is common for ring mandrels created by different tooling companies, and in different countries, to vary in size. Some of these variances can be large - I have seen as much as a size in some cases. However, it's usually a 1/2 size larger or smaller - but this can make the difference in whether or not your ring will fit. Think about this as you would shopping for clothing or shoes - one brand's Sz 10 may fit perfectly, while another company's Sz 10 will fit too large or be too small.
The issue of varying ring size mandrels is industry-wide and affects a small jeweler as much as it affects a large jewelry production house. It is not uncommon for a large jewelry company to have their own sets of steel mandrels custom made to true size so that all of their employees are creating the same ring sizes. If you go to a local jeweler and you purchase a ring in a Sz 8, that jeweler's mandrel may vary from the next jeweler you purchase from. That new Sz 8 may not fit - it might be too large or too small. Is it the jeweler's fault? No, it's simply a problem that plagues the jewelry industry - ring sizing when the tools to create rings are inconsistent.
For these reasons, I am happy to send a ring sizer to you to ensure you receive a finished ring that fits correctly. My ring sizers are calibrated to match my forming mandrels.

For Customize It rings, please allow up to 10-14 business days for sterling silver rings and 10-21 days for gold Customize It ring orders (this is for bands - sterling silver Customize It rings with gold bezels fall under the silver rings category). All Customize It rings are made to order with your requested bands, sizes and stones.

Customers that wish to have jewelry shipped to other countries need to send a request to email@example.com prior to ordering for approval and shipping rate quote.
Orders up to $150 - First Class Package Service - $12.00
Orders $150+ - First Class Registered Mail - $22.95
For US shipments, all items are shipped with tracking and insured. US shipments will receive a tracking number by email. International packages can take up to 2-3 weeks at times. Once shipped, I am not able to track international packages. If you would like international Fed Ex services, please contact me. That can be tracked and delivery made within 3 days of shipping.
RUSH ORDERS: Due to my current order volume, I am not able to take any orders on a rush basis.
RUSH SHIPPING: I can ship your items by Fed Ex (both U.S. and internationally) at a $30 charge for weekday delivery and a $50 charge for weekend delivery throughout the US. International Fed Ex is usually delivered within 3 business days of shipment. The cost varies per country. If you need an international order shipped by Fed Ex, please contact me for pricing. Rush shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, as this is an extra business expense that I would not normally incur.
Your information is never shared and I will not send out emails regarding sales, promotions, etc. unless you have signed up in advance for my newsletter.
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. An option to pay for your purchase with Paypal is also available during checkout. Credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology.
Customize It rings are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than material defect or error. Any personalized stamped jewelry and any engraved (inside or outside) ring bands are custom items and are non-exchangable/non-refundable except in the case of an error on my part. If an error is made on your engraving, I will correct and replace the item at no cost and I must be notified within 7 days of your receipt of your merchandise. I guarantee my work to be free of defects. All jewelry with set gemstones has a 30-day stone warranty. If you lose a stone for reasons other than neglect or abuse, I will replace that gemstone at no charge. After 30 days, and for reasons due to neglect (running rings through washing machine, swimming in chlorinated pools, etc.), please contact me for pricing and repair information. If you receive an order that has a material defect or an error, I will replace your item(s) and pay for all shipping costs.
IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR ENGRAVED RINGS: I cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong ring size is ordered, as your jewelry has been custom engraved and/or personalized especially for you and I cannot resize an engraved ring without having to recreate your piece from scratch. As my listings state, I offer to send a free ring sizer upon ordering. I send this out the same or next day after you place your order. This will allow you to confirm your ring size. You can also go to any local jewelry shop to have your ring size measured.
For non-customizable jewelry, refunds and exchanges will be given for new and unworn jewelry only and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact me for return mailing instructions for any item(s) you are sending back for a return or exchange. If the return is for any reason other than material defect, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect, all shipping costs will be refunded to you.
All returns/exchanges require a return authorization number. Please contact me here with your order information, items and reason for return/exchange. I will email you a return authorization code to write on the outside of the package prior to mailing the item back to me. Any packages returned without an authorization code will be returned to sender. Please be sure to insure packages, as buyer is responsible for any lost/damages packages returned to me.

All of my items come gift-packaged and ready for gift-giving. Also included is a Gemstone and Jewelry Care card. I package all items in one gift box. If you need separate gift boxes for each item, please contact me and I will package them separately. I can also ship your purchase directly to the recipient. I am happy to also gift wrap packages and include a note for you. You can contact me with instructions and there is also a "note" section during checkout where you can leave me additional notes. Upon receiving your order, I will send you an email to confirm your special order requests.
